At Locks and Pulls, we take great pride in our products and service. We are committed to making your experience with us positive by working with honesty and integrity — your satisfaction is our top priority.

Clients with open accounts, in good standing, are eligible for free samples, provided they are returned in sellable condition within 30 days. Contractors or Designers without accounts can request a credit application to open one. For our retail customers wishing to take home samples, individual samples of our stock are available for purchase and samples from our suppliers can be ordered with the option to return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Samples returned after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted.
