Return Policy

• Stock merchandise must be returned within 90 days of purchase with the original receipt and in sellable condition, in its original packaging.
• Special ordered products are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 45 days of pick up.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable. This is determined by the manufacturer, and we will disclose this information prior to purchase.
• Installed or unpackaged products are non-refundable unless defective.
• If a defective product is received, we will work directly with the manufacturer to replace or return for a full refund.
